You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your package ships. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days. If it’s been longer, please check your spam folder or contact us directly—we’ll take care of it.

Do you offer replacements for damaged or missing items?

Yes, always. If something arrived damaged or didn’t make it to your doorstep, send us a photo or let us know what’s missing. We’ll send a replacement or refund—whichever you prefer.

How can I return or exchange my item?

We offer no-questions-asked returns within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through it. Return shipping is on you, but we’ll handle the rest with care.

What if my order is missing or marked as delivered but not here?

Start by checking with neighbors or your local post office—it’s often just a mix-up. If it still doesn’t show up, message us. We’ve got your back.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it before it goes out.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely. All orders come gift-ready, and we can include a handwritten note if you leave your message at checkout. We’ll also leave out pricing if it’s shipping straight to your loved one.
