30-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit—no questions asked.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Items must be undamaged and in giftable condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.


For refunds, funds will appear back in your account within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Missing, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders

If your item arrives broken, missing, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us with clear photo evidence

  • Most issues are resolved within 1 business day

  • You may choose a full refund or a free replacement—whichever you prefer
