At Lumencross we offer FREE SHIPPING to all Domestic (USA) Orders. 

Most Products ship from Florida, USA and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. 

Every order is gift-ready, packaged in beautiful boxes or pouches depending on the item.
 We also offer a complimentary handwritten note on a premium card—just let us know what you’d like it to say at checkout.

If your order is going directly to the gift recipient, we’re happy to exclude pricing—just leave us a note and we’ll take care of the rest.

U.S. Orders

  • Free shipping on all orders
  • Arrives in 3-5 Business Days
  • Tracking number sent via email once shipped

International Orders

  • Free International Shipping on orders over $70
  • Flat fee of $15 for orders under $70
  • Arrives in 7-15 business days
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes
  • Tracking provided via email

Return & Issue Resolution

We want you to love what you ordered. But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right—with grace, integrity, and real support.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit—no questions asked.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Items must be undamaged and in giftable condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–3 business days.


For refunds, funds will appear back in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Missing, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders

If your item arrives broken, missing, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us with clear photo evidence

  • Most issues are resolved within 1 business day

  • You may choose a full refund or a free replacement—whichever you prefer
