5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & TITLE TRANSFER Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Lumencross is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all transactions are solely between you and Lumencross. Shopify bears no liability related to your use of the Services or purchases made through our store.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY These Terms, along with any linked policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumencross. If any part is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
20. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
